I also have heard the same thing. People are always looking to hook up. A good niche to go into. I would just google keywords and do some research on what is showing up under those terms.

One thing you can try is to place your cpv bid on the URL of the website associated with the dating offer. Most will not let you do this, however, I was able to do this for a couple. Didn't make a ton of money but made some. Problem was I couldn't generate enough traffic with the CPV company I was using to make it viable.
