註冊個amazon.com的聯盟帳號，收到確認信來自amazon.ca ，怎麼辦

今天申請一個amazon.com 北美帳號，id 是***-20
$ m0 g# A5 }) f結果卻收到了一封信： Amazon.com Associates program - your application approved
其中鏈接都是amazon.ca的，內容如下。
我用我帳號登錄amazon.ca，卻發現無法登陸affiate後台。
請問，這到底是怎麼回事，我這個帳號可以正常使用麼？？？
