受到廣告商投訴啦,怎麼回信呢,呵呵

Hi we had a problem with the account, the leads sent for the herbal offer were bad leads and we got a complaint from the advertiser so we shut your account down.  
Can you please let me know how you got the herbal leads so I can maybe sort this out with the advertiser?
