問題：國際傳真應該怎麼發啊？

我用國內地址做的一個廣告，怎麼也要我傳真W-8表格啊？大家看下是這個意思吧？

請問W-8表格一共有幾種啊，他為什麼叫我去選適合我的W-8表格呢（我用的是中國的地址），另外，發國際傳真除了直接打電話還有什麼方法啊，找了以前的老貼說有用IP卡的，能不能幫忙說詳細些？
