兩天前，在domain.com註冊購買域名, 新用戶，用了優惠碼，下訂單是$0.89.
商家是先登記，未付款。
後來又要上交證件驗證，折騰了兩天，終於今天收到驗證通過了，
但是上paypal交易單 顯示已付款$9.99 。
信用卡綁定paypal, 通過paypal付款。
