用namecheap主機裝wordpress建站遇到的問題

把系統權限全開，用777 ,  還是這個問題。

.htaccess ---------顯示隱 ...

以上三個怎麼改， 試了 0777 ,  0755 各種組合都不行

We suspect that the cause of this issue was one of Mod_Security rules which has been removed by us.
