購買英文文章怎麼寫需求？

需求的結構大概是（情況不同，還是要根據自己的喜好而定，我大概是這個流程）：
1、列出自己的關鍵詞（每篇文章要選擇3-5個關鍵詞，可自選，如果你指定也可，但估計對方會感覺難度較大，而且文章也生硬。我是這樣感覺的）；

3、多少字？
4、請先發給我文章的標題，自己看過後，才能開始寫作。

下面是一個實例，其實這個需求很模糊，不是很給力。
