求助prepop和Aweber的問題

I'm trying to prepopulate data from a completed form (created with aweber) on my own landing page INTO a form on another page (an advertiser's landing page that I have no control over).
For instance, when someone completes the form on this page:

they are taken to:

$ \; K  [: v* c  T$ n I WANT THEIR EMAIL TO APPEAR HERE AUTOMATICALLY.
(NOTE: '&em={!email}' is appended to the link in order to successfully prepopulate the email address into the form when that link is EMAILED to members of my list and they click on it. '{!email}' is provided by Aweber--I use Aweber to send email as well.)

簡單來說就是我在Aweber的 thank you page 裡面填上了http://www.xxxxx.com/click.trackCID=175986&AFID=192145&ADID=596579&SID=&em={!email}  （聯盟offer的地址） thank you page 下面的高級選項pass form data 也選上了
但是Aweber的技術人員說要在thank you page 裡面加腳本，但是我們根本沒有修改offer的權利啊？
