1) Install the latest version included in torrent ( KE_setup2041.exe ); ~& W! w0 I4 h; a- [9 Q+ e4 a% o
' q* p {: g8 B& j: J" u3 w
2) Start up your favorite local web server software. I like easyphp - it's easy . Go to your web documents main directory and copy the directory admin to it. If you already have an admin directory then copy the check_license.php to that directory.

3) Add the following line to your HOSTS file (normally located in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\):
