這個是讓你寄一個photo ID,在國外一般是指駕照，因為上面有你的照片生日和地址等個人信息。沒有駕照也可以用用別的只要上面有你的相片就行；as well as a copy of a utility bill ， 是指你在那個住址收到的賬單，在國外一般有電費，水費，cable費，電話費，信用卡費等賬單。這些公司每月都會準時給你寄的。這就說明：1你的地址是有效的；2你確實住在那裡。
