MB被封，跪求解封高手!

今天收到mb一封信，一看就不對，登入mb一看，如果出問題了，提示是locked.

只要提交身份證和水電費單就能unlock

錢多的話考慮解一下，錢不多的話,還是算了，解封很麻煩，過程很繁瑣

我已經提交了水電費，身份證及信用卡對帳單，希望能unlock/

你是EMAIL發的還是帳戶裡有地方上傳的?

直接發的傳真，上面寫了那個ticket  號碼

有TICKET號碼還有希望解決，隔2天打一次電話去催就OK了,沒那個號碼的基本很難解決

寶寶，要不要單獨登入mb帳戶，到帳戶裡 upload文件給他們啊，我是直接傳真的，然後把他們給我的email回復解釋了一下

不用上傳吧,其實他郵件裡說明了的,讓你最好直接發郵件

發郵件根本不回的，傳真和打電話或者上傳才會理你，而且如果你TICKET NUMBER也是排後,排到最後再看

! e2 N% t5 t8 L" G2 B你發過傳真的話就打電話，不要再上傳了，上傳和傳真都一樣的,他有個提示就是如果你重複提交的話,是會把你的CASE往後挪處理的
