+ c. q4 w, S0 J) G1 e% f Ucommon law rights. Accordingly, eBay enjoys broad trademark rights in

eBay has made a substantial investment in developing and providing its- ]/ f& z/ M4 H3 w" H

services, the eBay name and trademarks are widely known among the
