1) Install the latest version included in torrent ( KE_setup2041.exe )% T1 v1 Y0 w, v0 E! V

2) Start up your favorite local web server software. I like easyphp - it's easy . Go to your web documents main directory and copy the directory admin to it. If you already have an admin directory then copy the check_license.php to that directory.
