My school mate is very busy.The website is managed by me,but the accout's information is       about him.Could I amend it to my information?

樓上兩位都翻譯得不錯,我也不多說了.

The website was once owned by one of my school mates ,who is busy with his college study now .Several days ago he asked me to take over this website and all the advertisement account associated to it .So the problem is  to change the account infomation to my own , can I modify it by myself ?
