有關於申請AMZON AWS的問題 為毛我的申請了兩次都掛了

哎，按著教程申請了2次，為毛總是申請不成功啊，有沒申請成功的問題來指導一下
註冊了2個都掛了  淘寶上也有人在賣這個，為毛他們就不會掛呢。/

" b, ?/ y0 k- ~2 G4 u申請完了要找一下 好像不在跳轉的那個網頁裡，忘記在哪裡了。

+ a* N. p" E/ F3 P! l' A2 c4 F是的 就是拿來做測試用的，就是申請了兩次老不成功了 我也不知道是怎麼回事，對了 MISCA ，你能教下我麼
